the rest of the story

it's a sad story, i paid my life savings on ebay. but i was desperate!! and then heidi called and said she was going, and she's already seen Coldplay and the killers, i just couldn't take it anymore. i didn't even tell phil until after i made the bid. BUT I WON!!!! and that is all that matters. and annie, i was trying to get some tickets from my friend at work who has a friend at hot103, and he asked what he should do now if he gets them, and now i'll tell him you'll buy them off him (cuz they'll probably be reg. price for you) and also, if you can convince phil to let you go in his place, you can come. but i doubt it.

mood swing

i know i just posted. but i was just listening to "transatlanticisim" by death cab, and it made me feel all rainy inside. i get this way sometimes, like when i feel like i'll never be able to listen to all the good music, see all the good movies, read all the good books, see/take all the good pictures in time. it just seems so hopeless, but i'm frantic to get it done. what a horrible goal to have on your to-do list. and i now hate the pink of my blog, but i'm too lazy to change all my settings over to something blog-frocky. i need a hug.

just a few more hours

so today i thought i'd be athletic and drive my "new" bmx to my parents house. so turns out the i-do-nothing-athletic-in-winter thing has turned me into somewhat of a couch potato. i almost fell over after getting off the bike. and my lungs were screaming. it was not good. i'm just glad no one was home to see me. i am embarrassed enough to have revealed to myself how out of shape i am. pretty sad. ANyways, too much info? you'll be okay.
in other news, phil got a raise, and you all have to come home easter weekend and party at our house. you might have to bring your own food though. and we're certainly too poor for beer ;)
